Now going by my first name, Andrew.

Living in Central Mexico, and loving every minute of it. Mexico - and specifically the state of Michoacán - is getting a bad rap from the US government, and it is SO undeserved. Been here for 10+ years and plan to stay.

Thanks in part to my Spanish teacher Miriam Chiarrelo at SW, I came to Mexico with a firm foundation in the language. Much of the grammar and vocabulary I learned back then stayed hidden away for 40 years until I needed it.

I think the class of '69 was very lucky to be at that place and time before the education system started to go downhill.
