I attended the services for Alison. I don't have the exact date, but it has been about 5 years ago now (2002). She was working at Research Hospital as a nurse and developed breast cancer shortly after we had found each other again. At the time she was divorced. I took her down to the hospital for what was to be the last chemo treatment after her first bout with cancer and she had gotten staph infection in the tubing. When they used the tube within hours she became very ill and ended up back in the hospital. During the next few years she kept up a couragous battle and her death was unexpected. Alison was living in Lee's Summit, Missouri and is survived by 2 daughters.

Alison and I went out a few times in high school. She was a very sweet girl. I did not hear she passed until a few years ago.Bruce Graham
Alison was very sweet and sincere. She had a great sense of humor and was lots of fun. She loved Motown and especially Aretha Franklin, even when Aretha wasn't cool.I did have the oppertunity to work with her professionally later in life. Alison was head nurse and adminitrator at Research Psyciatric Center. She was not averse to putting herself on a limb for the right and correct purpose. She had great empathy and was such a gift to her patients and co-workers.Alison was always able to cut through red tape and get things done. She was especiallly proud of her two daughters, which were her life. I did speak to her periodically during her very courages battle with cancer. It was an honor for me to know her. Bruce Graham
