I am deeply saddened to hear the news about Cheryl Swope. Like everyone, I remember her as positve, upbeat. She was the first "for real" date I had to a Southwest dance. I felt so awkward, and she went out of her way to make me feel comfortable. Wonderful soul. Thoughts and prayers for the family.

Sending hugs and great memories to Cheryl's family and friends.

I was shocked and saddened to hear of Cheryl’s passing. I knew she had health challenges these past years but didn’t know how critical it had become. I am related “by marriage” to Carol and Cheryl and was always proud of that claim. I won’t be able to attend the service on Saturday as, unfortunately, I have another commitment but am sending hugs and prayers to you Carol, and all your family. ❤️

Like a beautiful bird that graces my life, then flies away, Cheryl has departed this mortal world for whatever lies beyond the veil. She was a great high school friend. It was wonderful to share with her at our 40th reunion in 2009. Thanks, Cheryl, for being an integral part of the good times. Rest In Peace, dear friend.

My deepest sympathies to Cheryl's family. My memories of Cheryl and Carol began at Bingham. I transfered from St. Elizabeth's grade school and didn't know a soul. Both of the Swope girls were so welcoming and kind to me that is made that trasition so much easier than it could have been. You will be missed Miss Cheryl.
