Richard Henry Dolginow Richard Henry Dolginow, 68, passed away peacefully in his home on Sunday, April 5. He was a third generation jeweler; a devoted husband, brother and father of three boys; a passionate gardener with 200+ indoor plants; and a lifelong supporter of all things Kansas City, especially Topsy's, Gates, the Royals, and Chiefs. The family is hosted a small private service on Thursday, April 8 at 2:00p via videoconference.
